Lennar will sell you a home with a golf course view and they will charge you a hefty premium for the lot. Then, just a year or two later they sell what was the greenbelt between the back yard and the golf course so a church and its parking lot can be built right there seriously impacting the view and the appraisal value.
And, of course, they keep the premium you paid -- no refunds or reimbursement, much less any sign of contrition for defrauding the buyers out of tens of thousands of dollars.
Oh yes, that promised playground that was considered by many buyers with children -- it ain't gonna happen. Never was "Buyer Beware" a more appropriate saying...

Preferred solution: Full refund.
