I purchased my first home from Lennar approximately 2.5 years ago.About 3 months after I moved in, I noticed water pooling on the side of my townhome.
I called and emailed Lennar customer care at least 10 times, and finally received a response. Someone came out to look at the issue, and sent an email to me stating he didn't see any water. I am SO DISAPPOINTED in the quality and materials used to build my first home. Whatever you do, do not make the same mistake I did by buying a home from Lennar.
Their customer service sucks, their materials suck, the construction of the home sucks. The only thing that is nice is the floor plan.
