My husband and I were so excited when purchased the house and watch it go up from the ground. Today, 7 months after our purchase, we feel as though we have been through a nightmare with them.
From mold in our kitchen, replacing the cabinets 3 times, replace dishwasher 3 times, issues with our floors, electrical issues, sinking paving stones in our driveway...it's on going and Lennar is very very slow to do anything about it. 7 months in they are supposed to fix our floors but demand we pay for the hotel and they reimburse us after, however we have a neighbor who has been waiting for a $2000 reimbursement for 4 weeks. Seriously, they are the worse.
I could go on and on but I won't. If you're ready this before you purchase, seriously, go find somewhere else to live.
