I found a beauty do home by Lennare

AT the sale female was nice at first than when I changed my mind about the contract she became a witch she and this company kept my earnest money

Customer service to this commonly means NOtHiNG

It's been fours weeks and still no refund

I contacted the BBB and the only person in the entire company name Chad is out of the country and it will be an additional 4-6 weeks

All they do is LIE. The next step will be to contact a local tv station to make people aware. The pictures online of poor quality work is horrendous. I'm so gla I'm not buy a home but I do and will get my money back

Be very aware DO NOT BUY from LENNARE

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $2000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I liked: Home automation.

I didn't like: Lennars fix action for complaints, Lack of professionalism, Lack of customer service, Lack of accountability, Disregard for addressing & correcting the issue.
