Lennar LLC ignores County and State EPA codes
In my opinion, Lennar LLC consistently refuses to abide by County and State Environmental Protection regulations requiring dust and dirt emissions be controlled by any type of suppression including water. The sub-contractor parks a water truck onsite, and VERY rarely uses it, almost as a Christmas ornament.
When windblown dirt, dust, sand and silt damages another's property, Lennar refuses to answer phone calls, return phone calls, or offer any remedy to resolve homeowners damages due to the negligence of Lennar or it's subcontractors. When brought to the attention of the subcontractors on site, homeowners are threatened, cursed at and told it is none of their business what the workers are doing.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $3000.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Lennar Cons: Bad customer service, Refusal to accept responsibility.
Location: Dayton, Nevada

As a contractor I can guarantee that your builder follows every EPA rule to the letter. There is too much at stake not to.
Your comment of 'damage to your property' as a result of wind blown dust, dirt, etc.
is ridiculous which is why no one has gotten back to you. Sometimes being ignorant is no reason to badmouth a builder that has done nothing wrong.
How is Lennar regarding Radon inspections?
