The day I closed on my home the salesman rushed me through on the walk thru saying he would be back the following day but never showed up again. No call and no follow up ... very dissatisfied.

This is so true. They rush you through the walk through and when you find something later after closing they ask oh did you mention that during the walk through.

If not it can't be fixed.

A brand new home with many many issues; corner seams coming apart, molding separating from wall, holes in doors. Didn't know you would have to look at every inch of house on inspection.
