What a disgusting way to be treated. My husband and I were there over the weekend and we were blown away at how anti-helpful the staff was at both of the Lennar locations we visited on Sunday in Clovis.

I feel your pain with Lennar. They have been a nightmare.

Regarding why no class action lawsuits, Lennar pays a lot of money and makes a lot of effort to keep a lack of consumer protections for new construction homes.

The day I closed on my home the salesman rushed me through on the walk thru saying he would be back the following day but never showed up again. No call and no follow up ... very dissatisfied.

This is so true. They rush you through the walk through and when you find something later after closing they ask oh did you mention that during the walk through.

If not it can't be fixed.

A brand new home with many many issues; corner seams coming apart, molding separating from wall, holes in doors. Didn't know you would have to look at every inch of house on inspection.

I believe Lennar offers a COURTESY maintenance service WITHIN the first year. I've never heard of any company extending a warranty past the first year as you are suggesting.

You also never even said what is wrong in the first place. Do you have a dent in the drywall behind a couch you can't live with?

We recently exited our sales contract with Lennar due a financing issue. After involving our attorney, he realized that they never sent our deposit to a third party escrow account per our contract.

Lennar couldn't get us a check fast enough. I have a feeling we will see these jack legs on American Greed someday.

I sent an email to the CS rep we met when closing on our house. He's never replied so I called him. His voice mail is full. Seriously, how do you let that happen? Do I called the 800 number. The phone rep kept talking over me and kept saying the rep I contacted was no longer the rep for my street. So he's still with the company but couldn't forward my request to the new rep? Pathetic excuse for customer service
