Lennar - Horrible Communication

I am an outside mortgage lender. Lennar had poor communication between the buyer, sales, construction and their title company. I've never seen such piss-poor service. I believe they purposefully sabatoged the closing because I beat their offer (after matching incentives). The buyer is #1, always! Any outfit the neglects the client doesn't deserve to be in business.

Lennar - Liars

Popouts 1 year, manager Loius COCCO...such a liar. Came to my home for repairs four times and it's still not finished...shoddy work, made the walls worse than what they were. After not responding to going out with him, he pulled the workers from my home-Somerton Valley-Trevose, PA.....Louis Cocco a moron!
