We bought a home in Milton GA from CalAtlantic but before we closed unfortunately Lennar took over— we purchased the deluxe landscape package and all acre lots have irrigation- well- Lennar never set up the irrigation and the landscapers did a terrible job grading- our yard is a mess!!!! These home are $700+ and it looks like crap!
Because of no irrigation we did our best to hose water (tripling our water bill because irrigation is suppose to be reuse from golf course) now one of our dead trees fell over a week ago. After filing our warranty report (something we are very familiar with as we have had SEVERAL problems) my husband made a follow up call to our warranty guy Chris Rojas.
Chris told him- yes we can take care of it— but I don’t know when- you can just go get an ax and cut it up yourself— what??? I have pictures too!!!
