I bought new townhome in Apex, NC. I notices wood floor buckling around the kitchen area after few months of closing.

As i was told, i submitted my 11 month repair list and included that. Lennar guys came and inspected along with flooring company and agreed that of the of area needs repair but didn't have wood. They kept on telling me, that they are looking for same make and model wood and after 4 months, they finally found that they don't have same make and model wood and it's discontinued by manufacturer. Now only option left was to replace the whole floor, which they denied by saying that there is nothing wrong with the floor and it does not need repair.

This is the known issue in neighborhood.

There are other small things, which i never paid much attention to. but now everything is very clear about they service and promise.

I feel ditched, after 4 moths how can they simply say no to something they promised.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $10000.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Lennar Pros: Sales representative we dealt with.

Lennar Cons: Lack of customer service, Refusal to accept responsibility, Customer care.
