THE KITCHEN CABINET UNDER THE SINK HAS MULTIPLE HOLES DRILLED IN IT FOR NO REASON. IT WAS POINTED OUT EARLY ON, TO THE BUILDER AND WE WERE ASSURED THIS WAS GOING TO BE FIXED.

WHAT WE DIDNT KNOW AND WERENT MADE AWARE OF UNTIL AFTER WE CLOSED, IS THAT LENNARS FIX IS JUST A PATCH AND THEY ARE TOTALLY FINE WITH THIS. HAD WE KNOWN THIS WAS THEIR KIND OF FIX PRIOR TO CLOSING, WE WOULD NOT HAVE CLOSED ON THE HOME. NOW WE ARE STUCK WITH THIS PATCHED UP WORK BUT YET STILL PAID FULL PRICE FOR THE HOME. THEY DO NOT TRY AND OFFER ANY COMPENSATION WHAT SO EVER.

ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THATS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT. THIS A KITCHEN CABINET WE ARE TALKING ABOUT, I CANT IMAGINE NOW HOW MANY OTHER ITEMS IN THE HOME WERE JUST PATCHED UP AS WELL. THIS IS LENNARS FORM OF QUALITY AND IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE TO US AS A HOME BUYER. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ONCE THE HOUSE IS SOLD, THEY HAVE THEIR MONEY AND ITS NOT THEIR HOME THAT HAS THE ISSUE.

VERY POOR AND UNACCEPTABLE WORK WITH THIS AND MANY OTHER ITEMS, ALONG WITH VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE WILL NEVER BUY FROM LENNAR AGAIN AND WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE ANY ONE THAT IS LOOKING AT LENNAR HOMES TO GO ELSE WHERE IF THEY ARE LOOKING FOR QUALITY.
